Foundation for Access to Rights – FAR has been working for over 20 years to protect the rights of foreigners, refugees, and other vulnerable persons in Bulgaria. Our team of qualified lawyers provides high-quality legal advice and procedural representation based on deep expertise in refugee and migration law, labor migration, and extensive experience with national and EU legislation. Legal consultations are conducted by a team of lawyers under the leadership of Dr. Valeria Ilareva, a prominent attorney with over 20 years of professional experience, who represents clients before Bulgarian courts, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Court of Justice of the EU.
📌 Each consultation is provided by a qualified lawyer for a fee and can be conducted in Bulgarian, English, or with an interpreter if necessary. Free legal aid
Free legal aid can only be provided to persons from vulnerable social groups with incomes below the officially defined poverty line. If you do not have the financial means to pay, you can apply for free legal aid by providing documents regarding your social and financial situation for an objective assessment.
