Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR is a non-governmental organization that aims:
- The establishment of effective mechanisms to guarantee access to rights in practice and effective protection against arbitrary deprivation of rights.
- To Increase institutional and public awareness, sensitivity and commitment in the need to address systemic problems in access to basic human rights in Bulgaria.
- The development of a favourable legislative environment in line with European and International standards for the protection of human rights and the establishment of best practices in access to rights.
FAR's main activities are legal aid, advocacy, research and sharing knowledge.
FAR provides services in Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna, Dobrich. Our teams in each city consists of an attorney and cultural mediator which visit refugees.

Legal aid for children asylum-seekers
Legal aid for children who are on their own in Bulgaria and unaccompanied by parents:
- Legal information and one-on-one counseling with a lawyer about applying for asylum, detention orders, conditions in the reception centers, and Dublin procedures.
- Assistance in preparing appeals of denied asylum applications, detention orders, and Dublin procedural decisions.

You are considered "stateless" if you do not have citizenship in any country.
