VentureOut provides resources for LGBTI+ people at the start of their career path - free advice, guidance and tips on preparing a CV and cover letter, how to choose a supportive employer, how to prepare for an interview, how to know your rights as an employee and how to protect them in a work context. The service is designed for LGBTI+ people, but accepts other users if necessary.

The service is provided on-site in Sofia or online by appointment at [email protected] and is available in Bulgarian and English.

The service is free of charge, but a donation of 10% of the starting salary is recommended upon successful job finding.

Anonymous online support chat for LGBTI+ people

This online chat is for LGBTI+ youth, their families, friends and supporters. It offers emotional support, including in crisis situations, as well as information about the services of Foundation Single Step and is staffed by trained volunteers. The service is available at www.singlestep.bg daily during the hours of 8 - 11 pm.
