Vulnerable groups are:

Minors
Unaccompanied minors
Persons with disabilities
The elderly
Pregnant women
Single parents with minors
Victims of human trafficking.
Persons with severe health problems
Persons with mental disorders
Persons who have suffered torture, rape or other serious forms of mental, physical or sexual abuse, including victims of female genital mutilation
