VentureOut provides resources for LGBTQ+ individuals at the beginning of their professional journey. The service includes:

• Free career consultations

• Guidance and advice on writing a CV and cover letter

• Support in choosing an inclusive and supportive employer

• Interview preparation

• Information about employee rights and how to protect them in the workplace

The service is primarily designed for LGBTQ+ individuals, but others in need are also welcome to use it.

Accessibility:

• Format: In-person in Sofia or online

• Booking: By appointment at [email protected]

• Language: Available in Bulgarian and English

• Fee: Free of charge, with a recommended donation of 10% of the starting salary upon successful employment

💬 Anonymous Online Chat in Bulgarian for LGBTQ+ Support

The online chat is intended for:

• LGBTQ+ youth

• Their families

• Friends and allies

The chat offers:

• Emotional support, including in crisis situations

• Information about the services provided by Single Step Foundation

It is operated by trained volunteers and is completely anonymous.
